Our Mission

At Round, we're putting finance and operations on autopilot. Not another CFO co-pilot - real workflows that think, act, and execute across tools, protocols, and banking rails.

We're combining the power of infrastructure with AI to push the frontiers of what's possible in finance.

Finance teams at SMEs and mid-market companies still run on spreadsheets, email chasing, and manual processes. We're replacing that with an AI-powered financial OS: treasury, payments, AP, FX, and AI agents, all in one platform. Hundreds of businesses already run their finance on Round, and we're backed by leading early-stage VC firms and scouts from a16z, Sequoia, Accel, and Atomico.

We're growing quickly in the UK, and the US is next.

The basics

About the role

We're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with Pac and Hayyaan. This is a role for someone with extremely high agency and raw talent, and it doesn't come with a neat job description. Your job is to work out what matters most and make it happen. One week you might be helping close a major customer, the next you could be working on a hiring project, preparing for an important meeting, fixing something that's broken, building an AI workflow or taking ownership of a completely new problem. The week after could look nothing like either. That's the point.

Some of the work will be exciting. Some of it will be completely unglamorous. We're looking for someone who is equally happy doing both. You'll regularly be given problems you've never seen before, and we expect you to get smart quickly, work out what needs to happen and get moving. You won't always have someone telling you what good looks like, so you need to be comfortable figuring that out yourself.

We're a small team, so there is nowhere to hide. If something matters and nobody owns it, it will probably become your problem. The role will change constantly as Round grows, and if you're exceptional, you'll earn the opportunity to take ownership of something important.

What you'll be doing

There isn't really a fixed list. You'll work directly with the founders across the company and take on whatever problems are most important that week.
