The basics

• 📍 Location: London
• 💰 Market salary + commission + generous equity
• 🙋‍♂️ Reporting directly to CEO

Who you are

• You're out of the office more than you're in it. Coffees, dinners, demo days, portfolio events. Your calendar is full of people, not internal meetings.
• You close. You don't just build relationships, you turn them into signed customers and can show the revenue you've brought in.
• You're at home on a stage. Whether it's a panel, a fireside chat or a room of 200 founders, you'd rather hold the mic than hide in the back.
• You're obsessed with the data. We approach every GTM channel like a science. You track every intro, every partner and every conversion, and you know which partners are worth your time and which aren't.
• You know the UK startup ecosystem, or can get to know it fast. VCs, PE funds, law firms, accountants, incubators: you know who matters and how to get in front of them.
• You'd rather host a dinner for 12 founders than send 1,200 emails. Handwritten letters, curated events, warm intros. You do outreach people remember.
