The basics

What you will do

• As a Founding Software Engineer you will play a pivotal role in building Round’s offerings. Working hands on with the founders and key stakeholders to bring prototypes and ideas to life.
• Design and implement high quality, fault resistant, scalable solutions.
• Deliver on our product roadmap to delight our customers.
• Build core parts of Round’s products using service oriented architecture. Develop backend and frontend applications.
• Set up infrastructure and monitoring for our tech team to deliver quickly and safely through CI/CD and testing frameworks.
• Work with founders, product team, sales team and partners to define product roadmap and vision.
• Attending conferences and meetups, helping build the tech team and culture.
• Onboard and develop other engineers. Grow into the future engineering team lead as the team grows.
