About the role
You'll become an integral part of the team. Day to day, you'll monitor, fix and run the products that power Round, and you'll be the person everyone turns to for how things actually work across them.
What you'll do
Run product operations day to day
- Monitor withdrawals and payments across our Treasury, Savings and Business Account products, and investigate and fix anything that fails or looks wrong.
- Monitor incoming customer deposits and resolve exceptions with our banking and investment partners.
- Act as the team's go-to on money movement: where a payment is, why it hasn't arrived, and what happens next.
- Support month-end processes, including customer queries on statements and fees.
